BiONIC Battery Tool Optimised Blades

The P4-BiMP’s continuous turbo rim is battery tool optimised and gives a fast clean cut through a wide range of common construction materials such as concrete, engineering brick, York stone, facing bricks and concrete blocks, whilst maximising the work to battery life ratio. The perforated steel core dissipates the vibration through the blade, reducing the decibel output, and the real-world volume by up to 16 times when compared to a conventional diamond blade.

Usage Advice:

  • Make certain the blade is suitable for the material before cutting
  • Always mount the blade, aligning the directional arrows with those on the machine
  • Guide the blade straight into the material
  • Do not use unnecessary pressure, the weight of the machine is sufficient
  • Carry ouy a slight forwards and backwards pendulum movement when cutting
  • BiONIC diamond blades can also be used on petrol and corded machines. However, this may affect the expected blade life
  • If a conventional diamond blade is used on a battery powered machine, it may reduce the tools overall performance and increase the vibrations felt through the tool.
